LA BELLE EXCUSE
This Belle Excuse is from a variety of green olives called Koroneïki. At the end of November, as soon as they ripen, the olives are harvested and pressed the same day. These exceptional olives grown in beautiful Trifilia, area blessed by its climate and the richness of its soil, have a very distinctive flavour and an acidity level inferior to 0.3%. For 2 months, this unfiltered olive oil is left to decant naturally resulting in oil with no residues rendering it perfect for cooking.
CHARACTERISTICS: Green colour with golden highlights, clear and strong olive and greenery aromas, light peppery taste.
USE: It’s up to you! This Belle Excuse adds a refined touch to any cooking, enhance the flavour of fish, grilled meats or vegetables, salads, pasta or any sauté.
